Booking policy
Please allow me a few days to reply to any enquiries, it will never be more than 5 days.
Once I have offered you a date, please let me know as soon as possible if this date works for you. If I don't receive confirmation within 3 days, the appointment time will be offered to someone else.
The appointment isn't secured until the deposit is received.
The deposit is non refundable.
I will be happy to reschedule and keep the deposit valid for a new appointment date, provided that you let me know with at least 3 days notice.
If you reschedule more than once your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and deposit lost.
Please don’t arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment time.
